At Daisy Chain Defense, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Due to the nature of self-defense tools, items that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return or refund for safety and hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

• Pepper spray or stun guns
  

• Customized or personalized accessories

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at alicia@daisychaindefense.com

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
